TO RELIEVE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF DISABLED PEOPLE BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CENTRES AT WHICH THEY MAY LEARN OR OTHERWISE TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEIR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, BOTH INDIVIDUALLY AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY, AND IN WHICH TO PROVIDE TRAINING TO ENABLE DISABLED PEOPLE TO LIVE, IN SO FAR AS POSSIBLE, AN INDEPENDENT LIFE.
