Charitable objects
(A) FOR AND TOWARDS THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO WERE BORN IN OR ARE LIVING OR HAVE LIVED IN OR WERE AT SOME TIME EDUCATED IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AND (B) FOR AND TWOARDS SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND TO MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
