TO ORGANISE PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITITES FOR PHYSICAL RECREATION IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR YOUNG PERSONS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14 AND 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT OR IN RECEIPT OF EDUCATION AT SCHOOLS IN THE MEDWAY AREA WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
