TO PROVIDE FOR THE YOUTH OF THE DISTRICT TO BE TRAINED FOR USEFUL CITIZENSHIP AND MANLY LIVING AND THE METHODS TO BE USED TO OBTAIN THESE OBJECTS ARE TO TEACH BY EXAMPLE (WITHOUT DEFINITE SECTARIAN LIMITS) THE DOCTRINE OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH.
