FOR THE BENEFIT OF ELDERLY PERSONS IN NEED WHO RESIDE WITHIN THE AREA OF THE BEDFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL (FORMERLY THE NORTH BEDFORDSHIRE BOROUGH COUNCIL) (AND WITH THE WISH THAT SOME SUBSTANTIAL PART OF THE SAID MONEY SHALL BE USED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR RESIDENTS AT THE PUTTENHOE HOME).
