TO PROVIDE FROM YEAR TO YEAR AN AWARD TO A PUPIL OR PUPILS WHO HAVE DURING THE CURRENT YEAR BEEN ON THE ROLL OF ETONBURY COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL, ARLESEY, BEDFORDSHIRE, OR SUCH OTHER SCHOOL AS SHALL AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE OCCUPY THE PREMISES AT PRESENT OCCUPIED BY THE ETONBURY COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL, IN RESPECT OF OUTSTANDING EFFORT AND SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY PROVIDED BY SUCH PUPIL OR PUPILS.
