(A0 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE TURKISH CULTURE, IN PARTICULAR PEOPLE OF TURKISH ORIGIN AND PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES. (B) TO ESTABLISH A SUPPLEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 16.
