Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO:
(1) ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 25; AND
(2) ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; AND
(3) ARE OR HAVE BEEN RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT; AND
(4) HAVE ATTENDED THE HUTTON RUDBY CO0UNTY PRIMARY SCHOOL OR ANY OTHER SCHOOL WHICH SUBSTANTIALLY SERVES THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
