A YEARLY SUM OF $5 FOR PRIZES, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES, PAYMENT OF FEES, PROVISION OF BOOKS, ETC., FOR HIGHER EDUCATION. PROVISION OF BOOKS FOR SCHOOL LIBRARY. ARRANGEMENTS FOR ATTENTION TO THE HEALTH OF CHILDREN ATTENDING ANY PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ANCIENT PARISH.
