PURPOSES OF APPRENTICING A POOR CHILD, OR SO MUCH OF THE INCOME AS SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR THE AFORESAID PURPOSES, MAY BE APPLIED IN THE ASSISTANCE OF POOR BOYS OR GIRLS ENTERING UPON ANY TRADE, OCCUPATION OR SERVICE, BY OUTHFITS, PAYMENT OF FEES FOR INSTRUCTION, PAYMENT OF TRAVELLING EXPENSES, OR OTHER MEANS FOR THEIR ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE, OR TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR OWN LIVING.
