TO ADVANCE THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE ORDINARILY RESIDENT OR WILL RECEIVE THEIR EDUCATION WITHIN THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING IN ORCHESTRAL PLAYING AND THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS
