(2) TO UNDERTAKE RESEARCH INTO ALL MATTERS CONCERNING THE ROSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH
