TO ENHANCE THE MUSICAL EXPERIENCE IN SCHOOLS AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY IN WALES. TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE NATIONAL ORCHESTRA OF WALES FOR THOSE WHO THROUGH AGE, DISABILITY OR GEOGRAPHY ARE UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITY OF THE ORCHESTRA
