THE AWARD OF PRIZES TO STUDENTS (OF EITHER SEX) OF ANY GRAMMAR SCHOOL OR LIKE INSTITUTION WITHIN A RADIUS OF TEN MILES OF THE SIR GEORGE MONOUX GRAMMAR SCHOOL, WALTHAMSTOW, ESSEX. A PERSON WHO HAS BEEN A STUDENT OF ANY SUCH SCHOOL OR INSTITUTION BUT WHO HAS CEASED TO BE A STUDENT THEREOF WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THE MAKING OF AN AWARD MAY BE DEEMED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THAT AWARD.
