PAYMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE AND EDUCATION FEES TO SUCH CHILDREN FOR HIGHER EDUCATION, OR THE PROVISION OF OUTFITS OR OTHER ASSISTANCE ON THEIR ENTERING A TRADE, OCCUPATION OR SERVICE.
