Charitable objects

(1) BY MAKING PAYMENTS TO THEMSELVES AS FOUNDATION GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL TO BE APPLIED BY THEM IN DISCHARGING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1988 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL. (2) IN OR TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY FOR THE SCHOOL AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BY THE TRUSTEES
