(A) (I) TO PROMOTE THE KARMA KAGYU SCHOOL OF BUDDHISM AND THE SPIRITUAL AUGHORITY OF HIS EMMINENCE TAI SITU RINPOCHE AND THE FUTURE INCARNATIONS INDENTIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TRADITIONS OF THE KARMA KAGUYA SCHOOL AND ALSO THE SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY OF SUCH TEMPORARY SUCCESSRS AS MAY BE APPOINTED BY HIM OR HIS FUTURE INCARNATIONS. (II) TO RELIEVE AND ASSIST PERSONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS.
