Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY THE INCOME THEREOF AND ALSO SO MUCH OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AS THE TRUSTEES MAY AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: (I)THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A CENTRE TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR THE TREATMENT OF ASTHMA SUFFERERS, (II)IN FURTHERANCE AND PURSUANCE OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
