THE TRUSTEES MAY AT ANY TIME OR TIMES DISTRIBUTE THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST FUND AND SHALL DISTRIBUTE THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AS SOON AS CONVENIENT AFTER ITS RECEIPT BY PAYING THE SAME TO SUCH CHARITIES OR APPLYING THE SAME FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTIONS AND GENERALLY IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION DECIDE.
