Charitable objects
IF THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR OPINION THINK THAT THE SAID EMERY DOWN AND BANK WOMEN'S INSTITUTE HAS CEASED TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH IT WAS FOUNDED OR HAS CEASED TO EXIST THEN AND IN SUCH CASE THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER TO USE THE HALL AS A "VILLAGE HALL" OR FOR SUCH PUBLIC CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF EMERY DOWN AND BANK AFRO SAID AS THEY SHALL THINK FIT WITH POWERS OF MANAGEMENT AT THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION.
