TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF ("THE SCHOOL") BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES AT THE SCHOOL (OTHER THAN THOSE FACILITIES WHICH ARE PROVIDED BY THE NORMAL SCHOOL BUDGET).
