CHUF IS ESTABLISHED TO RELIEVE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY DISABLED PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY THE PROVISION OF A CENTRE FOR THE CARE, EDUCATION, REHABILITATION AND RECREATION OF SUCH PERSONS IN GREAT YARMOUTH, AND BY PROMOTING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THEIR NEEDS.
