1. THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM AID'S DISEASE; 2. THE PROVISION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR SUCH PATIENTS; 3. THE RELIEF IN CASES OF FINANCIAL DISTRESS OF THE DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PATIENTS OR OF DECEASED PATIENTS; 4. THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES AND TREATMENT OF AID'S DISEASE ON TERMS THAT THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH ARE PUBLISHED; 5. THE EDUCATION OF SUFFERERS AND THIRD PARTIES AS TO THE CAUSES, TREATMENTS, RESEARCH AND WAYS OF COPING WITH THE AID'S DISEASE.
