PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION OR DAY FACILITIES TO THE NEEDY OF THE LONDON AREA AND IN PARTICULAR THE BOROUGH OF GREENWICH AND LEWISHAM WHO ARE HOMELESS OR WHO'S ABILITY TO SELF DETERMINE AND LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IS ADVERSELY EFFECTED BY STRESS ILLNESS OR DISABILITY OR SUCH PEOPLE AS ARE IN CONVALESCENT OR RESPITE CARE AS A RESULT OF STRESS ILLNESS OR DISABILITY AND ARE UNABLE TO PAY ANY FEES AS A RESIDENT OR ANY NURSING HOME FOR DAY CARE ACCOMMODATION AS SUCH RESIDENT WOULD NORMALLY BE REQUIRED TO PAY.
