Charitable objects
TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND SUBJECT TO SUCH RESTRICTIONS (IF ANY) AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR OR TOWARDS THE ACQUISITION PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF LAND IN ON OR AROUND THE TRENT WASHLANDS AT BURTON UPON TRENT AND OTHER LAND IN STAFFORDSHIRE AND SOUTH DERBYSHIRE WHICH THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER SUITABLE AS PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AND BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES WHICH ENHANCE THE ENJOYMENT OF THE LAND AS PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AND TREES SHRUBS PLANTS AND OTHER VEGETATION FOR THE RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF EAST STAFFORDSHIRE AND SOUTH DERBYSHIRE AND THE PRESERVATION PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF ANY AMENITY AS SHALL OR MAY AT ANY TIME BE VESTED IN THE CHARITY OR IN RESPECT OF WHICH THE CHARITY SHALL HAVE ANY INTEREST AND WHICH IS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SUCH LAND
