Charitable objects

TO PROMOTE SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE YORKSHIRE AND HUMBER REGION BY: - PROVIDING A CHANNEL OF INFORMATION BETWEEN VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS AND LOCAL AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN THE REGION; - PROVIDING A NETWORK OF COMMUNICATION FOR VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS AND AGENCIES IN THE REGION; - BY BRINGING TOGETHER REPRESENTATIVES FOR VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS, STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND OTHER AGENCIES IN THE REGION TO IDENTIFY THE FUNDING AND POLICY NEEDS OF VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS.
