TO SECURE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE INCIDENCE OF ACCIDENTS BY RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF POTENTIAL ACCIDENT AREAS.
