"QUALIFIED CHARITY" SHALL MEAN ANY PURPOSE, BODY, ORGANISATION OR OBJECT IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHICH UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES SHALL BE RECOGNISED AS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE.
