FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ETCHINGHAM IN THE COUNTY OF EAST SUSSEX AND OF THE IMMEDIATELY ADJOINING PARISHES TO THE SAID PARISH OF ETCHINGHAM (HEREINAFTER CALLED " THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR SPORTS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES, MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS
