2) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSE 10 THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEE FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY
