THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED ARE FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH MANNER AS MAY BE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND, IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING: (A) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AMONGST THOSE PEOPLE THAT ARE SUFFERING FROM CANCER; AND (B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES AT SCHOOLS OR UNIVERSITIES
