(A) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO HAVE DISABILITIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING, EDUCATION AND SUPPORTED WORK EXPERIENCE, AND IN SO DOING ENHANCE THEIR CONFIDENCE, SELF-ESTEEM AND QUALITY OF LIFE.
(B) THE RELIEF OF UMEMPLOYMENT AND, IN PARTICULAR OF DISABLED PEOPLE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGH FIT, INCLUDING ENCOURAGEMENT, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE, TO FIND EMPLOYMENT
