TO RELIEVE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, AND THEIR FAMILIES, WHO ARE KNOWN TO GLENEAGLES CENTRE IN MIDDLESBROUGH, BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THEIR EDUCATION AND RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF THEIR SOCIAL WELFARE AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A PURPOSE BUILT MINIBUS AND EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING EQUIPMENT AND RECREATIONAL TOYS, PROVIDED THAT THE SAID FACILITIES DO NOT REPLACE ANY STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS
