Charitable objects
(1) PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE BREEDING AND REARING OF LIVESTOCK, HORTICULTURE AND AGRICULTURE IN PARTICULAR BY HOLDING AN ANNUAL AGRICULTURAL SHOW
(2) ADVANCE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR INSTITUTIONS AS THE COMPANY SHALL DECIDE
