TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WITH OR WITHOUT A DISABILITY IN ALL ASPECTS OF GARDENING AND HORTICULTURE BY THE PROVISION OF WORKSHOPS, VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE RIBBLE VALLEY AND HYNDBURN COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING A FREE GARDENING SERVICE FOR PERSONS WHO ARE ELDERLY OR DISABLED OR IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR POVERTY.
