AWARDING EXHIBITIONS BURSARIES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES TO PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS HAVE BEEN RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF KINGSTON UPON HULL FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF TWO YEARS BEFORE THE START OF THE COURSE AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE STUDYING FOR A DEGREE OR POST GRADUATE QUALIFICATION IN CHEMISTRY OR MATHEMATICS OR PHYSICS OR ANY OTHER SUBJECT OF A SIMILAR NATURE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT
