TO HELP TO PROVIDE IN EVERY WAY ALLOWED BY LAW FOR THE RELIEF OF USERS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES OF THE SERVICES OF THE SOCIAL SERVICES DAY SERVICE PROVISION OF SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL IN THE BURY ST EDMUNDS AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCE AND FACILITIES FOR THEIR TRAINING, RECREATION AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WHICH WILL IMPROVE THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING AND FURTHER THEIR INTEGRATION INTO THE COMMUNITY.
