TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND OTHER CHARITABLE NEEDS OF THE ASIAN COMMUNITY RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF CROYDON AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS; IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF SHELTERED OR GENERAL HOUSING TO MEMBERS OF THE SAID COMMUNITY WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH SERVICES.
