THE OBJECT FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED IS THE PROMOTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY IN THE FIELD OF EMPLOYMENT BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIVERSE ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS OR ORIGINS IN PARTICULAR BY (A) RAISING AWARENESS OF THE BARRIERS ENCOUNTERED BY MEMBER OF ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES IN THE FIELD OF EMPLOYMENT; (B) DISSEMINATING INFORMATION ON BEST PRACTICE IN OVERCOMING THE BARRIERS; (C) PROVIDING SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS FOR MANAGERS AND/OR EMPLOYEES.
