THE PROPERTY HEREBY CONVEYED (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE TRUST PROPERTY) SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE DISTRICT OF HOLYHEAD RURAL IN THE COUNTY OF GWYNEDD (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
