THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE INCOME THEREOF (AFTER PAYMENT OF ALL EXPENSES OF MAINTAINING AND MANAGING THE TRUST FUND AND OF ALL OTHER NECESSARY OR PROPER OUTGOINGS PAYABLE OUT OF SUCH INCOME) TO SUCH CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME SEE FIT.
