THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PEOPLE AFFECTED BY ADDICTION AND THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT.
