THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 14 AND 25 OF TURKISH AND KURDISH ORIGIN LIVING IN LONDON BY: (1) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; (2) THE PROVISION AND ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION; (3) THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, SUPPORT AND INFORMATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
