THE RELIEF OF PERSONS OF CENTRAL AFRICAN ORIGIN IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, COUNSELLING TRANSLATING INTERPRETING AND OTHER CHARITABLE SERVICES, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR IN LANGUAGE AND LITERACY AND THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF PERSONS OF CENTRAL AFRICAN ORIGIN.
