THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND THE PROVISIONS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE AMONG THE SIKH COMMUNITY IN SWANSEA AND SURROUNDING AREA.
