(1) TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WOMBOURNE AND SURROUNDING AREA, WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES AND
(2) TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SOCIAL, CREATIVE AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING.
