TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS LIVING IN MID DEVON IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
