TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WHOSE ARM IS PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED AND, AS A RESULT, CAN ONLY USE ONE ARM BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR SAID PERSONS TO PLAY GOLF.
