TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, SPORT AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THOSE PERSONS LIVING IN AND AROUND MOELFRE, YNYS MON ("THE AREA") WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS ("THE OBJECTS").
