THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR CANOEING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS IN THE DURHAM AREA, WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON THOSE WHO WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT.
